We need a real NHS catch-up plan.

There were more than 20k people on NHS Lothian waiting lists for 8 key diagnostic tests, of which almost 47% waited more than 6 weeks. NHS staff are under extreme pressure & patients must get access to life-saving early diagnosis. We need a real NHS catch-up plan now.
